This is Caulfield park, and this is the couple that brought me there. Dyan and Oliver decided to have a small wedding on beach rocks with just their closest family in attendance and they chose Caulfield Park as the location. Up until that point, I had never heard of Caulfield Park and don’t think I could even find wedding or couples photos from the park.
Since then it has become one of my favourite spots to shoot at. It’s so simplistic and easy to navigate. You can see the entire park looking straight down one end or the other. You can pretty much shoot in whatever direction you’d like as it’s either beach rocks, trees, or water. The other thing I love about Caulfield Park is how empty it is. In a one hour shoot there you normally only see a handful of people, who are normally just locals walking their dogs.
