Earlier this year I had the chance to second shoot an India wedding ceremony with my friend Stephen Lee. It was fun to be able to photograph something different than what I’m normally used to. Loved working with all the colours and the unique traditions.
Not sure if it’s just because I’m not used to photographing India ceremonies, but I felt like there was a lot more anticipation for the bride compared to western weddings. The reveal of the bride seems to be an event on its own.
