Tower beach is a small little beach that’s found at UBC. Technically it’s part of Wreck beach but depending on how the tides are it can be hard to walk from one to the other. Like Wreck Beach, there's a lot of stairs down to Tower Beach but the walk is much prettier.
The beach itself is quite small and is pretty rocky. Along the rocks are are a lot of washed-up logs making it kinda hard to navigate but good for photos. Of course, there's also the world war 2 watchtowers that give the beach its namesake.
During our shoot, there was this fella there who was talking on his phone and basically did a play by play of our entire shoot to whoever he was talking to. It was kinda entertaining but weird at the same time.
