Since I was a child I've always remembered tuning into the Olympics every two years that they're on. Theres just something about the dedication that these athletes put into their sports in order to become the best in the world at what they do. Because of this admiration towards the Olympics and the athletes, I was truly honoured to be able to photograph Yevgenia and Dylan's wedding at Stanley Park. Both are olympic medalists, Yevgenia for Russia, and Dylan for Canada. Neither are from Vancouver, so they had a truly intimate ceremony; with just themselves, the officiant, and a couple that we found on a walk as witnesses. I had a great time working with the couple and I wish them all the best!
