At the beginning of this shoot, Sharon told me about how she likes the "far away, little people" shots. I'm not sure if there's a name for those kinds of photos but I made sure to get her a few solid ones. For the first one, I had them basically walk down a ski hill. I'm not sure if I've ever had a couple walk so far from my shot before! They were far away enough that I had to give them the posing direction beforehand so I wouldn't have to yell like a mad man once they were further away.
The second shot is actually taken from where they were standing, at the bottom of the hill, except this time shooting the opposite way. I saw how steep the hill was and wondered if it was possible to shoot them just walk across a frame of white with no context.
One of my favourite shots though is the reflection one. We were heading to another spot and I noticed this big puddle in the parking lot so we played around with that for a while to try some different things. Pretty happy with how that one turned out!
